At Igneous, we have our own dedicated in-house installation crews, and to assist you in understanding what’s necessary for your assembly to progress seamlessly, we’ve gathered these crucial points for you to keep in mind when mapping out your Igneous Outdoor Kitchen.

1. Your granite kitchen requires a solid, hard-standing, or tiled patio, one that’s level, flat and free from any debris. Igneous kitchens come with adjustable legs, providing some flexibility for aligning your kitchen, however please note levelling your kitchen will not always be possible as in some case it will need to be installed with the fall of your patio.
2. Please ensure there is unobstructed access from the roadside to your chosen location for your kitchen setup.
3. Igneous Outdoor Kitchens are built from granite, to withstand the elements, including wind. Granite is heavy, so please check that your patio or hard standing is suitable for the weight. The weight of each module can be found on its respective page on our shop.
4. If you require services like water, gas, or electricity for your kitchen, please ensure these services and locations are predetermined, especially if they are coming up through the floor of your patio. Please note Igneous Outdoor Kitchens are unable to connect gas, electricity and water to your kitchen, ensure you have the relevant tradesman available.
5. Think about the location of your outdoor kitchen and opt for a secure area that is adequately ventilated and a safe distance from any fire-prone materials, such as thatch roofs.
6. While deciding on your location, contemplate what services you might want linked to your Kitchen and the repercussions of bringing these services to your kitchen.
7. Igneous Kitchens are designed to withstand the elements, including wind, so while you’ll have to safeguard your BBQ and various appliances you install, your kitchen will handle most weather conditions, meaning your chosen spot doesn’t necessitate any overhead shelter.

CAST IRON AND STAINLESS STEEL PLATES

Brabura enamel-coated cast iron and stainless steel plates come with a limited lifetime warranty. Brabura can offer this lifetime warranty on its enamel-coated plates thanks to the unparalleled experience of its foundry in Spain in enamelling. Brabura’s limited lifetime warranty covers deterioration or breakage due to defects or manufacturing flaws. It is valid as long as the product is used under regular household conditions and according to the provided instructions.

BURNERS

Brabura offers a limited lifetime warranty for cast iron and U-shaped stainless steel burners. We use durable and high-performance burners for our griddles: tubular or cast stainless steel burners for our gas griddles and barbecues.

STAINLESS STEEL CHASSIS AND GRILL GRATES:

Brabura offers a limited lifetime warranty for the stainless steel chassis of griddles and grills and for the hexagonal rod stainless steel cooking grates. Brabura’s lifetime warranty covers deterioration or breakage due to defects or manufacturing flaws. It is valid as long as the product is used under regular household conditions and according to the provided instructions. Brabura’s warranty does not cover second-hand products or damage related to impacts or accidents, misuse, or lack of maintenance. Brabura products are manufactured and inspected according to the strictest quality standards. Brabura guarantees its griddles, barbecues, and components for domestic users. Brabura’s limited lifetime warranty excludes discolouration, the formation of small cavities on the surface, minor surface rust/oxidation, and contamination by atmospheric agents, which are normal during regular use. To claim the warranty, proof of purchase will be required. Consumers must return the defective product or component to our workshops at their expense.

FIVE (5) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Brabura offers a 5-year limited warranty for:

• painted iron lids and fronts of grills and griddles – add to the catalogue lids , carts, and liners – add to the catalogue components
• Brass valves
• Internal linings
• Flavor grates
• Infrared burners on the barbecue
• Gas ramp

Brabura’s 5-year limited warranty covers deterioration or breakage due to defects or manufacturing flaws. It is valid as long as the product is used under regular household conditions and according to the provided instructions. It excludes discolouration, the formation of small cavities on the surface, minor surface rust/oxidation, and contamination by atmospheric agents, which are normal during regular use.

THREE (3) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Brabura offers a 3-year warranty for: Ignition systems (excluding batteries) Electrical components It guarantees to be free of operational defects and manufacturing defects for a period of 3 years.

IGNITERS – CONTROL KNOBS – CONTROL VALVES – TUBING – ROTISSERIE MOTOR – LIGHT ASSEMBLY – COVERS AND ALL OTHER COMPONENTS & ACCESSORIES. ROD HANDLES. GRILL HANDLES – THERMOMETERS – HAND CRANKS – LIFT ASSEMBLIES AND ALL OTHER MOVING PARTS It covers deterioration or breakage due to defects or manufacturing flaws. It is valid as long as the product is used under regular household conditions and according to the provided instructions.

WARRANTY SCOPE

The warranty includes all operating, manufacturing, and material defects in Brabura Grills SL branded products (excluding additional parts), for normal household use.

We strongly recommend using a cover for your BRABURA grill.  If the grill is not kept covered, the aforementioned warranty will not apply. The territorial scope of this warranty is limited to countries where Brabura Grills, or an importer, distributes products and where regulation C.E. 593/2008 is in force within the European Economic Area. This warranty does not affect the consumer’s rights under the provisions of Law 1/2007 on Guarantees in the Sale of Consumer Goods.

WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS

Buschbeck UK Ltd will examine the product subject to the customer’s claim and will decide at its own discretion whether it is covered by the warranty. If the product subject to the claim is covered by the warranty conditions of Brabura Grills SL, the customer service will repair the product, replace the defective parts, or replace the product subject to the claim with an identical or similar product. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of parts or damage resulting from the following aspects: negligent or improper use of the product, use of an inappropriate fuel/gas supply, use contrary to the operating instructions, or alteration by anyone other than our factory service centre. The warranty period is not extended by such repair or replacement. If the product subject to the claim is no longer available in the range of Brabura Grills SL products, the customer will be offered an equivalent product. Any cost arising from a justified warranty claim will be borne by Buschbeck UK Ltd.

WARRANTY APPLICATION SCOPE

The scope of the application of the Brabura Grills warranty is limited to the original buyer of products purchased in Europe. The Brabura Grills warranty does not apply to products sold as seconds, defective products, or products with high discounts. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

During the warranty period, the following damages are not covered: Damage or repair due to services provided by an unauthorized service provider or the use of unauthorized parts. Damage caused by accidents, abuse, alteration, misuse, lack of maintenance, grease fires, discoloration of plastic parts due to chemical cleaners, grease, or exposure to UV rays, installation not in compliance with the User Manual instructions and all local and national construction and fire prevention codes. Normal wear and tear of the product. Neglect of product care instructions. Improper product storage. Buschbeck UK Ltd will not be responsible and will not pay for the following: Damages caused by overheating, flame failures caused by environmental conditions (such as strong winds) or improper ventilation. Shipping and handling costs, export duties, or installation costs. The cost of service calls to diagnose a technical problem, the cost of uninstallation or reinstallation. Cost of any inconvenience, personal injury, or property damage due to misuse or product failure. Damage to the product due to impacts or accidents. If a part deteriorates to a non-performing degree (oxidation or burns) within the warranty, a replacement part will be provided. Buschbeck UK Ltd reserves the right to have its representative inspect any product or part before fulfilling any warranty claim.
