The FontanaForni Maestro 60 Gas Fired Pizza Oven is a high-performance family oven that combines engineering excellence with the tradition of Italian cooking. Its unique features include:

  • A perfectly rounded vault that promotes efficient air circulation.
  • A gas burner positioned at the bottom (unlike other models where it’s on the side), ensuring heat is distributed quickly and evenly.
  • A smoke outlet circuit that retains heat in the cooking chamber for longer, resulting in lower gas consumption.

These features culminate in a compact oven that delivers a perfect crispy crust and bubbling cheese in minutes, making outdoor pizza-making a joy. The Maestro 60 is easy to use and love, and is sure to elevate your outdoor gatherings with its delicious simplicity.

The Maestro 60 offers a professional-grade performance with a useful cooking surface of 60×40 cm. It’s made of painted and stainless steel and comes equipped with a flue and rainproof chimney, a steel door with a heat-proof handle, and an analog thermometer. Inside, a thick steel flame hitter improves heat distribution and protects the steel vault from heat stress. The oven’s high performance is further enhanced by the thick insulating material that insulates the vault, allowing it to reach high temperatures in less time with less fuel consumption.

The Maestro 60’s rounded design ensures perfect air circulation inside the cooking chamber. It’s the only pizza oven model with the gas burner on the bottom, not the side. The smoke circuit forces heat to travel around the rounded shape and stay heated for longer, resulting in lower gas consumption and an even cooking experience that aligns with traditional Italian cooking. At Igneous, we have our own dedicated in-house installation crews, and to assist you in understanding what’s necessary for your assembly to progress seamlessly, we’ve gathered these crucial points for you to keep in mind when mapping out your Igneous Outdoor Kitchen.

  1. Your granite kitchen requires a solid, hard-standing, or tiled patio, one that’s level, flat and free from any debris. Igneous kitchens come with adjustable legs, providing some flexibility for aligning your kitchen, however please note levelling your kitchen will not always be possible as in some case it will need to be installed with the fall of your patio.
  2. Please ensure there is unobstructed access from the roadside to your chosen location for your kitchen setup.
  3. Igneous Outdoor Kitchens are built from granite, to withstand the elements, including wind. Granite is heavy, so please check that your patio or hard standing is suitable for the weight. The weight of each module can be found on its respective page on our shop.
  4. If you require services like water, gas, or electricity for your kitchen, please ensure these services and locations are predetermined, especially if they are coming up through the floor of your patio. Please note Igneous Outdoor Kitchens are unable to connect gas, electricity and water to your kitchen, ensure you have the relevant tradesman available.
  5. Think about the location of your outdoor kitchen and opt for a secure area that is adequately ventilated and a safe distance from any fire-prone materials, such as thatch roofs.
  6. While deciding on your location, contemplate what services you might want linked to your Kitchen and the repercussions of bringing these services to your kitchen.
  7. Igneous Kitchens are designed to withstand the elements, including wind, so while you’ll have to safeguard your BBQ and various appliances you install, your kitchen will handle most weather conditions, meaning your chosen spot doesn’t necessitate any overhead shelter.

Warranty

This product comes with a manufacturer warranty, no warranty is offered by Igneous Outdoor Kitchens. Details of this are listed below:

Wood Fired Ovens

Fontana Forni wood fired ovens have a 2 year warranty on the oven dome and on all the other parts included within the manufacture of the oven, for any production defect.

WARRANTY EXCEPTIONS – Warranty is considered void in the following circumstances:

  • damages caused by misuse or negligence
  • damages caused by the transporter if these damages are not highlighted in the bill of lading at the receiving of the oven
  • the oven has not been assembled, installed or used properly
  • the oven is damaged in any way, both voluntarily or involuntarily
  • the oven is altered or tampered with. Any modifications made by unauthorised personnel will void the factory warranty.
  • combustible material other than wood was used to light fires in the oven.
  • damage to the oven resulting from the use of chemical products inside or outside the oven. MICRO-VEINS, CRACKS OR BREAKS IN THE OVEN FLOOR ARE INTRINSIC CHARACTERISTICS OF THE REFRACTORY MATERIAL ITSELF, SO NO WARRANTY IS DUE
  • the oven has not been used in a commercial environment or for commercial gain
