Please find below the terms and conditions governing the contract between Granite Kitchen Services Ltd T/A Igneous Outdoor Kitchens and the customer who purchases goods from Igneous Outdoor Kitchen. We ask you to review them carefully prior to placing your order.

Certain consumer contracts may confer additional rights, particularly those established in the course of our visit to your residence or your visit to our showroom.

2. Definitions
- ‘Goods’ includes goods or products supplied and/or supplied and installed.
- ‘Igneous’, ‘Igneous Outdoor Kitchens’ ‘We’, ‘us’ or ‘our’ means Granite Kitchen Services T/A Igneous Outdoor Kitchens.
- ‘Customer’, ‘You’ or ‘your’ means the person buying Goods from us
- ‘Order Confirmation’ is the email, letter or proforma invoice sent to you acknowledging our acceptance of the order.
3. Contract Outline
3.1 By purchasing goods from us you agree to be legally bound by this contract and the terms and conditions stipulated on this page.

4. Contract Key Information
4.1 In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, it is our legal obligation to provide you with key information prior to the formation of a legally enforceable contract between you and Igneous. This information will be imparted to you in a manner that is both clear and comprehensible. Ordinarily, this is accomplished through a order confirmation preceding which will be sent to you following your purchasing of goods from us. While some of this information may be self-evident from the context, additional details are explicitly included in this contract, such as the company and contact information previously mentioned, the specifics of our warranty as outlined in section 10, and our policy on cancellations and returns detailed in section 9.
4.2 The key information we are required to disclose by law is integrated into this contract as if fully set out herein.
4.3 Subsequent to the contract’s execution, any modifications to the key information will be subject to your consent. All alterations to this crucial information will be confirmed either in written form or via email.

We assure you that any personal information provided to us will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 6. Ordering Goods From Igneous Outdoor Kitchens
6.1 Please be advised that any other information or quotations provided by us prior to your order of Goods, does not constitute a legally binding offer to supply said Goods.
6.2 Your decision to place an order for Goods signifies your intent to enter into a purchase agreement with us.
6.3 Upon receipt of your order, we will review the particulars and typically issue an Order Confirmation without delay via email. Should there be any enquiries or a necessity for modifications (such as alterations to product details or scheduled installation dates), we will promptly communicate with you through telephone or email. Following your approval of these details, an Order Confirmation encompassing this information will be provided to you and will supersede the original order confirmation.
6.4 The agreement becomes legally binding upon the issuance of the Order Confirmation. Subsequently, we will commence the design and construction of the Goods, preparing them for delivery and/or installation as per your requirements. For information regarding the cancellation policy, please refer to section 9.
7. Terms Of Payment
7.1 We accept payments by most methods including bank transfer (BACS), and Visa, MasterCard and AMEX credit cards and debit cards.
7.2 Payment is required as follows, unless additional terms are set out in the Order Confirmation or agreed with Us in writing:
7.2.1 Orders placed via our website for goods necessitate full payment at the time of the order. A delivery and installation timeframe will be scheduled with You following your order, barring any exceptions explicitly noted.
7.2.2 Orders initiated through telephone and/or email, or those pertaining to custom-made products, may be subject to alternative payment conditions as set out in the Order Confirmation.
7.3 The cost of the Goods shall be as indicated on the Order Confirmation, inclusive of the following particulars:
7.3.1 The total price which will be inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate unless otherwise specified.
7.3.2 All applicable delivery and installation fees for the specified address. The price quoted for delivery and installation is indicative of the address being on the UK mainland and there being unobstructed access from the roadside to your chosen location for your kitchen set up. Full details on delivery and installation are set out in section 8.
8. Delivery And Installation
8.1 The delivery and installation of your outdoor kitchen will be arranged with you via phone or email after your order is placed. If you have any questions regarding this prior to ordering, please contact us.
8.2 In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control that impact the anticipated delivery and installation schedule, we will promptly notify you to reschedule and will confirm the new arrangements via email.
8.3 The delivery of the Goods shall occur upon their arrival at the address you have provided. Should we also be responsible for the installation of the Goods, the order will be deemed complete once the installation has been executed to a satisfactory standard.
8.4 If you require services such as water, gas, or electricity for your kitchen, please ensure these services and locations are predetermined, especially if they are coming up through the floor of your patio. Please note Igneous Outdoor Kitchens are unable to connect gas, electricity and water to your kitchen, ensure you have the relevant certified tradesman available.
8.5 Upon delivery, the responsibility of the Goods transfers to you, and consequently, you assume all associated risks.
8.6 Please also consider further safety implications involved in the delivery and or operation of your outdoor kitchen. These include but are not limited to:
8.6.1 Ensuring the site is safely distanced from any combustible materials and devoid of potential hazards. A thorough risk assessment is essential, taking into account all factors such as timber or plastic siding, thatched roofing, living walls, insulation, and any other elements susceptible to heat or combustion, including those not immediately visible.
8.6.2 Ensure that the installation surface for the kitchen is a solid hard standing level, aligned, perpendicular, and constructed of non-combustible materials. Further details on this are set out in our installation page and integrated into this contract as if fully set out herein.
8.6.3 Ensure our installation teams are made aware of any apparent or concealed utilities such as water, gas, electricity, or other services situated near the installation site, as well as any potential hazards including asbestos.
8.6.4 Ensure availability at the designated time to facilitate the handover of the installed kitchen or to receive delivery.
9. Returns And Cancellations
9.1 Customers who purchase goods via our website, or through telephonic and electronic correspondence without a physical visit to our premises, are entitled to enhanced cancellation privileges. Subsequent to the initiation of the order, a period of 14 days is afforded for the cancellation of the order, with an additional 14-day cancellation right following the delivery of the goods and prior to their installation.
9.2 It is imperative to acknowledge the specialised nature, substantial dimensions and weight of the goods, which inherently result in considerable delivery and collection costs. In the event that an order is rescinded post-delivery, customers are obligated to bear these costs. The initial delivery fee is non-refundable, and the collection fee will reflect the initial delivery and installation charge. Post-installation, installation fees are non-recoverable. Returned products must be in new condition; we reserve the right to deduct charges for any excessive handling or damage incurred.
10. Warranty Information
10.1 Igneous Outdoor Kitchens consciously selected Granite as the main building material for our kitchens due to its robust and weather-resistant properties. This means we are confident that our outdoor kitchens will enjoy a lifetimes use. Igneous therefore offers a limited lifetime warranty across all our outdoor kitchen modules. Our warranty is only limited by external additions stipulated below;
10.1.1 Ceramic doors and worktops (see various manufacturers warranty for details), stainless steel doors(see various manufacturers warranty for details), internal fixings and frame (10 years warranty).
10.1.2 Our warranty is only valid where the product has not been modified or tampered with in any way. Our warranties are not valid if any units are adjusted or moved without the written consent from Igneous.
10.1.3 We commit to addressing, without charge, any substantive defects that manifest within the specified warranty period, to the extent that is deemed reasonable. This excludes components subject to normal wear, as well as damages resulting from improper use.
10.1.4 Defects found in granite that are classed as natural defects or imperfections, colour variation or natural flaws are not included.
10.2 Non outdoor kitchen goods available on our website and in our showroom including barbecues, pizza ovens, fridges, accessories and other appliances are subject to their individual manufacturers warranty see individual product details for more information. No warranty is provided by Igneous on these Goods.
10.3 Any warranties exclude any person other than the original purchaser. This warranty or warranties are not transferrable.
11. Condition Of The Goods
11.1 The Consumer Rights Act 2015 affords you specific legal entitlements, commonly referred to as ‘statutory rights’, to which we are obligated to adhere. We shall ensure that the Goods delivered:
11.1.1 Meet a standard of satisfactory quality.
11.1.2 Are suitable for the intended purpose.
11.1.3 Correspond with the description, sample, or model, allowing for reasonable variances in colour and texture due to the use of natural materials.
11.1.4 Are installed adequately and correctly with due diligence.
