We had an exceptional experience at the Smoke & Fire Festival held at Ascot Racecourse. Engaging with numerous attendees and receiving their feedback on Igneous was truly valuable. Throughout the two-day event, we showcased our culinary skills by preparing a magnificent Tomahawk steak on a OneQ charcoal BBQ, seamlessly integrated into one of our solid granite outdoor kitchen modules.
The OneQ system, available as standard in our Igneous Lite range, impressed us with its outstanding simplicity and design. For the Tomahawk, we opted for a straightforward seasoning approach, utilising lump wood charcoal with a garlic, salt, and pepper rub.
